Welcome! I’m Tamesha — founder of The Tea & Candle Company, a brand born from my desire to bring calm into everyday chaos.
What started as a personal ritual during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic — steeping tea and lighting a candle to reset my nervous system — became a full-on love story with mindful living. I began blending teas and hand-pouring candles for myself… and eventually, for a growing community that craved the same peace, presence, and comfort.
At The Tea & Candle Company, we believe that slowing down is sacred. Our products are curated to help you romanticize your rituals — whether you're setting the tone for your day with a hot cup of tea or winding down with the soft glow of a flickering flame.

Shop NowThe Tea & Candle Company's luxury loose-leaf tea supplier has trekked through misty tea gardens and provinces from China and Sri Lanka to India and Japan for over 20 years. They continue to develop sourcing relationships while working directly with artisanal tea growers and single-family estates who use only organic sustainable agricultural practices. Our growers produce teas that yield diverse, subtle flavors which cannot be found in other tea offerings.
We offer a sensory experience which differentiates us from other teas. You will smell beautiful fragrances, see whole ingredients, and taste distinct flavor profiles in our teas. The Tea & Candle Company partners with some of the industry’s most experienced tea makers and quality assurance experts to ensure superior tea quality.

Our Candles
Shop NowThe Tea & Candle Company's luxury candles are hand-poured in California, USA. They are poured in small batches and made with an all-natural proprietary coconut wax. Coconut wax burns cleaner and longer than other waxes, and has a better scent throw. Our coconut wax candles are mixed with phthalate-free premium-grade fragrance and essential oils. Our wicks are made of cotton, a natural fiber that produces less smoke and soot as the candle burns. There are absolutely no added dyes or harmful chemicals. You can trust that your candle is of the purest and highest quality materials. Our candles have a 50 hour burn time. Size is 3 1/8 inches both width and height holding 7 ounces of an all-natural proprietary coconut wax blend.
